We paused our Game Master hiring.

Game Masters to guide customers through the escape room experience. Game Masters play a crucial role in promoting a sense of excitement and adventure among players in the escape rooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and orient guests, providing them with an overview of the escape room experience.
  • Monitor game progress and provide hints or clues when necessary to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of escape rooms, ensuring they are set up and reset efficiently between sessions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Punctuality and availability to work flexible hours, (shift and on-call) including evenings and weekends, sometimes on short notice.
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Schedule:

Part-time, shifted and on-call work during business hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM [option to work one of two shifts]
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM [option to work one of two shifts]
  • Sunday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 hours per week
